Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with Express India Holidays.

• Above rates are subject to change as per final confirmation from hotels.
• No services are confirmed until booking is confirmed in writing by Express India Holidays.
• In case of unavailability in any of the above hotels, accommodation will be provided in an alternate hotel of a similar category.
• Please consult the driver / local representative for the next day's sightseeing schedule / transfer timings. If any passenger fails to follow the timings given to them, they may miss that particular sightseeing / transfer, and Express India Holidays will not be responsible to arrange the same. They will need to arrange the same on a direct payment basis.
• It is mandatory to carry a photo ID card (except Pan Card) while you are on tour.
• Express India Holidays shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to strikes, landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, government enforcements or any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control. Any additional cost incurred will be over and above the tour cost and directly payable by the guest.
• AC will not work in hill stations.
• Express India Holidays acts only as a booking agent for hotels, transporters and other independent service providers, and shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity that may occur due to the act or default of any such third party.
• Any expenses incurred due to flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations by airlines will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
• Guests are requested to carry valid identification and, where applicable, travel documents (passport / visa) as required for the destinations covered in the itinerary.
• By making a booking with us, you agree to our Payment Policies, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
