In case you need to cancel your booked tour, the following cancellation charges (as a percentage of the total tour cost) will apply, depending on when the cancellation is made:

Please note: All cancellation charges will be furthermost subject to the consideration of those engaged in arranging the itinerary. We will use all our powers to erase the cancellation charges and negotiate for the lowest possible charges.
Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges shown above, along with any non-refundable payments already made to hotels, transporters or other service providers on your behalf. No refund will be made for unused services, no-shows, or early departure once the tour has commenced.
To cancel a booking, please contact us in writing (by email or WhatsApp) stating your booking reference. The cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your written request.
